How to test your phone speakers
- Play the test sound below and listen: is it clear, or quiet, muffled and crackly?
- Tap Left and Right to check each side. Many phones use the earpiece as the second stereo speaker.
- If it sounds muffled, scroll up and run the 20-second clean.

Why do I hear both sides from one speaker?
Some phones have only one speaker. Then left and right play from the same place — that is normal.
The test sound crackles — is the speaker broken?
Often it is dust or water in the grille. Run the clean 2–3 times. If it still crackles, the speaker may be damaged.
